Royal Bee Design will process the order as soon as we receive a receipt of your transaction. We will process your purchased items in the shortest time possible. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.
For shipping, we offer the following options:
Delivery to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility. If so, the shipping company may contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release goods held at customs. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only (2-6 working days) and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or stock availability.
If something happened to your package during shipment and the contents of your package are broken or damaged, send a photo of the damaged package, the damaged goods and your order number to contact@royalbee.co so we can immediately solve the problem.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees, should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
