We hope that you are happy with your order, but if, for some reason, you are not, you may exercise your right to return or exchange purchased product(s) within fourteen working days from the date on which you received it/them from Royal Bee Design.

Below are the steps to return a product:

1. We invite you to inform Royal Bee Design by sending an email to contact@royalbee.co within fourteen (14) working days from the receipt date of your order.
2. Royal Bee Design Customer Service will contact you at the provided email address to agree on the steps of the return.
3. Package your return item in Royal Bee Design packaging and in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. We invite you to take the utmost care of the repackaging of delicate antique objects, marble items (including product packaging).
4. Shipping costs related to the product's return are to be paid by the customer; please ensure you receive proof of postage or delivery. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by us. Items lost or damaged in transit will not be treated as returned and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you via telephone or email that a reduced refund amount will be available, or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.The right to return products shall be correctly exercised once the following conditions have been fully met:

1. The returned items must be shipped back to Royal Bee Design within fourteen (14) working days from the date the package was delivered to you.
2. All items must be returned unused.
3. All items are returned in their original packaging and in a well-padded box.

If you have fulfilled all requirements set forth above, Royal Bee Design shall refund the entire price for the purchased product(s), including the initial delivery charge only. Refunds will be processed by the original payment method, no later than 30 days after we have received the goods (provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 working days of delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation). Unfortunately, we cannot refund any taxes, duties, charges, or the return shipping fee.

If goods returned are not in a resellable condition, Royal Bee Design will not accept the return. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted. In this case, you may choose to have the products delivered again to you at your expense. If you refuse the above delivery, Royal Bee Design reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products. For discounted items purchased during special or sales promotions or linked to nonprofit projects, we cannot accept exchanges and returns.
