Born in Prague, Peter Benda has lived and worked across Paris, Vienna, Berlin, and Milan. With a background in antique curation and a lifelong passion for sculpture and material culture, his career spans over twenty years of sourcing, restoring, and reimagining timeless objects for private collectors and design institutions across Europe.
From historic residences in Prague to contemporary interiors in Zurich and boutique hotels in Copenhagen, Peter’s work bridges past and present. The collections he creates under the Royalbee label embody his commitment to authenticity, craftsmanship, and understated elegance — now available to a global audience through selected partners and bespoke commissions.
